We are a project of the the Massachusetts Coalition to Save Darfur, a non-profit corporation, established in the state of Massachusetts. We have applied to be a charitable organization as described in section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue code. As noted in IRS Publication 4220, organizations may operate as tax-exempt while awaiting approval; contributions made while an application is pending may be deducted to the full extent allowed by law. In the unlikely event that we do not receive approval, we will contact all affected donors.
